Brooke first became interested in criminal defense through her studies at Minnesota State University. She recognized the massive disparities in the criminal justice system and the consequent effects on the society we live in. She obtained degrees in Political Science, Philosophy, and Economics, focusing on social justice throughout.
She challenged herself by accepting a position as a community organizer for a homeless shelter in Mankato. It was there that Brooke learned the importance of listening to each individual and their needs in order to best serve them. She took these skills to her previous law firm where she gained experience working with OWIs. In May of 2020, Brooke joined Ahmad & Associates, working with clients for billing, organizing cases, and legal research.
Since moving to Milwaukee, Brooke enjoys Bucks games, hanging out on Brady Street, and running at Lakeshore Park.
